Succubus! Your timing was impeccable. The Cosmo arrived today in the mail (giving my mother a double take, as she was like, "We didn't order this." Not that she cared, you know, she just wondered where it came from.)

Also...

It appears as if I'll get to rent PJ's house once her parents have moved to FL. It looks like I'll even be able to swing the utilities. They're like, "$400 is cheap!" and I'm like, "Yeah, I know!" I mean, I'd be retarded to turn it down. O_O I DO have to keep Aries, though, so that means the ponies stay at home. (Which is totally cool! I'll move out my computer desk and have a bigger display area for my ponies in the Pony Room. OMG.)

Of course, this is not likely to be permanent, but hey...it's cool.

I'm thinking about migrating Relic to (not off Tripod yet, alas, thought this is not IMPOSSIBLE) the new Blogger system. I may do that relatively soon. Keep your fingers crossed that all will go smoothly with it. I think if I migrate, I can eliminate the haloscan comment link. We'll see.

I went to Ben Franklin's today and picked up two more Webkinz (yeah, yeah...) and Petco for some dechlorinator and madre and I spotted the new Quiznos. Being hungry, we decided to give it a try. DON'T! Lousy service. My double cheese melt had two paltry slices of cheese, just a dab of the vinigrette sauce, two onions, and NO LETTUCE. WTF? I basically ate a hunk of wheat bread, then I had to scout the fridge for lasagna leftovers. I'm still bitter about that. I like my double cheese melts, damnit, and it smelled so good on the way home. I was looking forward to a huge dose of cholesterol and fat and grease, but noooooo, I had bread. Madre's salad was also missing something -- not the lettuce, but bacon. In a word: You suck, Quiznos.

Now, I'm starving, so I'm off to raid the freezer for some goodies.

Made it through another day. Got three deposits finished for work. I hope all is going well with that. Will have at least one more to do tomorrow. Plus a few more after that. Yeah... Love it. I DID get a compliment from the bank teller, when I told her I hoped I didn't mess her up with making three deposit slips today, and she told me I was very organized. Whoo!

Still not feeling very chatty. I got my Night Glider, just as long as she arrives in the mail...I think I'll go watch some more PGSM. I really like Kunzite in this. They kind of swapped Nephrite and Kunzite's personalities. I like seeing him be a bastard to Queen Beryl instead of rolling over and saying, "Please, kill my lover if it pleases you, mistress!"

I'm not sure why everyone loves Zoisite in this one, though. I...actually don't think he's that great in this version. But! Zoisite from the anime is hard to beat for pure villainy goodness. If it can come through on a DIC dub with a gender change, well... Plus I am not digging Zoi with the white hair. Zoi will forever have tawny hair, and the PGSM version makes him look like Prince Diamond. Ah well. Enough grumbling from me. Time to find episode 16!

Things went so much better this year, there's just no comparison. The morning was a little AAAAAHHHHH but otherwise, we were good. Yeah.

Not much else to say. I'm not really feeling chatty. I'm off the watch some PGSM tonight and chill out, since Webkinz is down for work. (Bah humbug.) Oh, and find some food. I need some food.

Well, today was interesting.

We redid the carpet on the back porch. Except, you know, we hadn't finished packing everything up to move out of there yet, so there was a lot of general confusion. In fact, there is still mass confusion in here, as things were packed willy-nilly and I have no idea where they are. OH WELL. I love to be pressured during house tour week. Makes me feel super. o_O

Went to work to water my plants, and something went screwy with my phone. It's evidently not charged? Or something? I don't know? I sorta want to throw it out the window.

Whoo boy. I just love House Tour.

Whoo! I had a cool dream last night of getting to test a new Mario Kart game. It was sort of a hybrid racing and RPG. You started as Yoshi, and then as you progressed, you got to switch other characters. In this one, it brought back the coins (like the Super Mario Kart) but did not have item boxes -- so there were only mushrooms on the track. There were green mushrooms (speed boost) and purple mushrooms (poisonous, like in the Lost Levels.) If you got a whole bunch of green ones in a row, you went into hyper drive, and if you hit too many purple ones, you get mini status. I was very pleased to find out they brought back the jump feature and was just giving it a whirl when madre woke me up to tell me the Crystal Rainbow Castle with the three bonus ponies were at our Wal-Mart, and if I wanted I had to go NOW.

The first race was called "Fence," and it was a dirt track bounded by, gee, a rail fence. The second race was in a paved roadway along and under an aquaduct. The third one was with traffic. Are your eyes glazing over from boredome yet? Surely they must be, so I will stop.

So, as you may have guessed from that passing sentence, I have now broken my "no playset" rule to buy the Crystal Rainbow Castle. It was ONLY for the ponies, I assure you. In turn I am giving away my two Goodwill fakie castles. The ponies in the set were cute enough to be worth it to me.

Had a fucking scary dream last night. (Chocolate triggers these crack dreams for me, which I why I eat chocolate right before bed. I like to be vividly entertained all night long.)

So. I was driving west on Amherst, and I could see all these tents set up in the Hex House lawn. I looked up the hill on the way by, and the whole freaking house was gone. No notice or anything, just gone.

So I went to a meeting about this. The house was supposed to be moved (oh really?) but no one knew it, and then the plan was scrapped. But for some reason half the people thought it was still going to move, so they did a crap job of it, and hence, insta-demolition.

GAH. Let's not do that again, brain. I've been watching Utena; I should have had an Utena dream. =P

Obviously PHW board members do not wear watches. I thought I was bad at being on time. But I waited until almost 3 to leave for my lunch today, because someone was supposed to come at 1:30. Um. 1:30. 3. Yeah...

I'm starving, FYI. I don't know how many granola bars I've had today.

No word yet from ebay. Maybe if I start screaming "WHOA OMG MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HAXORED FIX IT!" that might get someone's attention. I mean, hell, it MIGHT have been, but I DON'T KNOW. Because ebay sucks at customer service.

PLUS, I found a Trickles today on Yahoo. I gave it a bid, but it had a reserve for more than I was willing to spend. The pony had CANCER and was DISCOLORED and DIRTY. I'm not paying more than $15 with shipping. I was going to bid on a few others this person had up, but once I saw I wasn't getting Trickles, I said the hell with it.

WELL. The auction was set to close midafternoon tomorrow. Except while I'm checking my email for ebay replies, I get a Yahoo auction "you have lost, auction closed for $1.75 more than you bid." I was curious, so I went to see who won...and the auction starting price was reset, and then was closed early. Very WTF. I mean, what if I had decided tomorrow afternoon I'd have liked to bid again? So I asked for feedback at the TP on them. We'll see if anyone has anything to say about them. If not, I'll just call them out on LJ. *feels bitchy*

It's funny, really, but I suppose Malachai felt it was time I could see some of his past. Some, of course, because he won't narrate for me, and had to get teenaged Andrew to do it. Stubborn old man.
